I’m quite proud of the way I’ve been cooking and eating these days! I’m eating enough, doing it as a gesture of softness and affection towards myself.
Pics: my breakfast and dinner of today.
Breakfast: bread with cream cheese and ginseng coffee with a touch of soya milk. I needed the energy to wake up and go to work.
Dinner: long rice with diced eggplant, carrots, chicken ham and cinnamon.
My favorite type of breakfast! Well, once in a while I can indulge myself…
(This morning at 11 I have to take my entrance exam for the specialistic graduation course that I’m interested in… I’m scared!)
Green tea, cream-flavored cookies, and I’m off to write my dissertation and study for my entrance exams!
(I overslept, but I couldn’t fall asleep last night until 2AM…)
